INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PROTECTION OF HATS

Try not to over tighten the front of the crown, this causes the front of the hat to break. It is best to lift the hat by the brim or by cutting the crown with an open palm.

RE-ADJUSTMENT IN THE SHAPE OF THE HAT

If an accident occurs and for some reason the hat loses its shape, follow the instructions below to restore it. Slowly place it near steam over boiling water and then shape the hat back to its original shape with your hand. Then you can dry the hat with a cookie cutter at a very low temperature and it will keep its shape.

If the brim of the hat changes shape, simply iron the brim underneath with a slightly damp cloth with the iron on a medium to low setting (high heat iron settings can cause burn marks on the hat). Then, your hat should be placed on a properly shaped object such as a bowl to dry and regain its shape.

CLEANING

Lightly wet a clean and colorless microfiber cloth and then gently wipe the surface of the hat. If the hat has details (such as a ribbon), remove these items before cleaning it (if possible) and wash them separately with your hands.
